I was feeling nostalgic and decided to google Camp Horseshoe and imagine my absolute joy at finding this site. I have wondered about sooo many people out there and am thrilled to find you, this site, and a rebirth of the most wonderful of places. Where is the New Horseshoe? Is it still running? How cool that William Engel is one of the founders. A brief update on my life. I am now in the Finger Lakes area of NY (near Rochester) beginning a new life in May I will begin Chiropractic College. Free adjustments to any Horseshoer in 4 years. For most of my life since leaving Horseshoe I was acting in NYC and around the world " You can take the boy out of the Squeaker but you can't take the Squeaker out of the boy" Boy does that sound wrong. I was married and now I'm divorced no kids .If I did I would enroll them at New Horseshoe in a minute!!!!! Lived and worked in Woodstock Ny acting and roasting organic coffee as well as bartending and waiting tables. Noo an actor waiting tables surely you jest! I realized I wanted more in my life and quite frankly to give back to people and help them. As I was taught at Cmp "Always leave a Campsite better than when you found it" Enough rambling. I hope all my old Campmates are doing well. Reading the names on the message board was a trip down memory lane. Joel saeks
